The Lower Hutt Community Foodbank provides emergency food parcels free to families and individuals in need. We will be filling requests from Monday 18 May 2020

Need a food parcel?

Make sure you include:

Your name

Phone number

Address and suburb

Number of adults and children

 Tell us whether you’re coming by public transport or car.

The person requesting must be the person collecting the parcel and must show their driver's licence or other ID

No ID – No parcel.

 We will tell you when your parcel is ready.

The support we are giving has to be contactless i.e. you must request a parcel as above, you will not be able to just walk up to our premises and request one as you may have done in the past.

Our Purpose

..to relieve poverty and hardship in Lower Hutt by providing food parcels to people in the community who are in need of such assistance.

The Foodbank responds to immediate needs through the provision of emergency food parcels. People are also referred to other community support organisations when additional assistance is required.
