Pak 'n Save supermarkets in Petone and Lower Hutt matched public food donations dollar for dollar. This means Petone supermarket was able to give the Foodbank a cheque for $11,800! This is a wonderful help and will enable us to buy food basics that have not been donated without having to apply for funding from other sources. Lower Hutt Pak 'n Save donated a further $2000. Both supermarkets have been presented with Certificates of Appreciation, a small recognition for a huge contribution. Many thanks Pak 'n Save!
